Semi-private training gives you the structure of personal training with the energy of a small group. Each person follows a plan built around their goals while a coach guides the entire session, adjusts movements, and ensures proper form. You train alongside a few others, which keeps sessions motivating and consistent, but you still get individualized attention and coaching. It delivers better results than large classes and costs less than traditional one-on-one training.

Hi, I’m Emily! I found my way to Grizzly after 20+ years in elite athletics as both an athlete and a coach. I spent 5+ years coaching rowing at the DI collegiate level and then several years working with competitive high school rowers. I’ve also worked with youth athletes of various ages and backgrounds.

I am a certified personal trainer, behavior change specialist, corrective exercise specialist, and somatic awareness practitioner. In addition to my coaching career, I have worked with several clients seeking to improve themselves, whether performance-based or focused on gaining more functionality. I also work with individuals looking to rehab or recover from injury, trauma, or chronic illness.

I’ve enjoyed working with athletes and clients through a holistic approach, taking the whole person into account—mind, body, and soul.
